我是郑敏，中国民主党洛杉矶委员会的党员。我长期关注中国妇女与人权问题。这张照片是2024年1月，我身穿粉色衣服、颈缠铁链，站在好莱坞中国戏院前，用自己的身体重现“铁链女”形象，代表中国女性在极权体制下遭受的制度性伤害和沉默的抗争。以此呼吁国际社会关注中国女性，我想让全世界都看到，一个国家对待女性的方式，正在反映它的文明底线。

“The Chained Woman” — A Cry for Chinese Women’s Suffering in the Heart of Hollywood
I am Zheng Min, a member of the China Democracy Party Committee in Los Angeles. I have long been committed to issues concerning women and human rights in China.
This photo was taken in January 2024: I wore a pink outfit and a chain around my neck, standing in front of the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, physically recreating the image of the “Chained Woman” to represent the institutionalized suffering and silent resistance endured by Chinese women under authoritarian rule.
With this act, I called on the international community to pay attention to the plight of Chinese women. I want the whole world to see that the way a country treats its women reveals the moral bottom line of its civilization.
