（一）防诈问：电信诈骗那么猖獗，从中学生到博士生都逃不过。为什么不开设一门防诈骗课程呢？答：如果学校开始防诈骗课程，学生们就会讨论、思辨、研究、反思、质疑、批判、颠覆。慢慢地，他们就有了独立思考的能力、独立判断的能力；就有了分辨真伪的能力、分辨是非的能力、分辨善恶的能力、分辨黑白的能力、分辨对错的能力。他们就会发现：谁，一直都在胡说八道！谁，才是最大诈骗集团！
（二）欺诈
喊在嘴里的口号，如果不落实，就是欺诈；挂在墙上的标语，如果不兑现，就是欺诈；写入宪法的条款，如果不激活，就是欺诈。台上一套，台下一套，是欺诈；嘴里一套，心里一套，是欺诈；当面一套，背后一套，是欺诈。
信息不公开，是一种欺诈；
财产不公开，是一种欺诈；司法不公开，是一种欺诈；政务不公开，是一种欺诈。暗箱操作，是一种欺诈；钓鱼执法，是一种欺诈；数据造假，是一种欺诈；虚假宣传，是一种欺诈。画大饼，是一种欺诈；放卫星，是一种欺诈；
样板戏，是一种欺诈；
正能量，是一种欺诈。演抗日神剧，是一种欺诈；苗产十万斤，是一种欺诈；美帝纸老虎，是一种欺诈；关闭评论区，是一种欺诈。说到底，帝王将相口号喊得多么伟大、许诺的目标多么宏大、无非就是：打江山、坐金銮、睡女人、抢财产、掌权力、防造反！
但，他们依然要高喊为了“公平正义、自由平等、法治民主”；高喊为了“黎民百姓、天下苍生、人类福祉”。这他妈，就是妥妥的诈骗！（三）玩火从湖南湖北刮起一阵“三资”改革的妖风，正在席卷全国，再现欺诈本色；
所谓三资，就是：
资源资产化，资产证券化，资金杠杆化。
第一步，把本村的100个光棍看作一项“人力资源”，然后登记成“具有劳动收益和资源增值的“国有资产。这就是资源资产化。第二步，给这项国有资产做一个估值，打包成“人力资源收益权凭证” 万份，到金融市场发行。这就是资产证券化。
第三步，用套现的钱，去其他村引进更多的光棍，做大估值，继续到金融市场发行，变现。雪球越滚越大。这就是资金杠杆化。各地政府，把各类犄角旮旯的资源，登记成资产，押上未来、押上信誉，美化包装，重新估值，编制一个好故事，打包出售，骗取真金白银！
这不是“玩火”！
这是跳“火坑”！

(I) Anti-Fraud
Question:
Telecom fraud is so rampant that no one from middle school students to PhD candidates can escape it. Why not offer a course on anti-fraud?
Answer:
If schools start an anti-fraud course, students will discuss, speculate, research, reflect, question, criticize, and subvert. Gradually, they will develop the capacity for independent thinking and independent judgment; they will acquire the ability to distinguish the true from the false, right from wrong, good from evil, black from white, and correct from incorrect.
They will then discover:
Who has been talking nonsense all along!
Who is the largest fraud syndicate of all!
(II) Deception
Slogans shouted from the mouth, if not implemented, are deception;
Slogans hung upon the wall, if not fulfilled, are deception;
Articles written into the constitution, if not activated, are deception.
One set of behavior on stage and another set off stage is deception;
One thing in the mouth and another thing in the heart is deception;
One way to someone’s face and another way behind their back is deception.
Non-disclosure of information is a form of deception;
Non-disclosure of personal property is a form of deception;
Non-disclosure of the judiciary is a form of deception;
Non-disclosure of government affairs is a form of deception.
Black-box operations are a form of deception;
Entrapment law enforcement is a form of deception;
Falsification of data is a form of deception;
False propaganda is a form of deception.
Drawing a big cake is a form of deception;
Launching a satellite is a form of deception;
Model operas are a form of deception;
Positive energy is a form of deception.
Staging anti-Japanese miracle dramas is a form of deception;
A seedling yield of a hundred thousand catties is a form of deception;
American imperialism is a paper tiger is a form of deception;
Closing the comment section is a form of deception.
In the final analysis, no matter how grand the slogans shouted by emperors, generals, and ministers are, or how magnificent the promised goals are, it amounts to nothing more than: conquering the rivers and mountains, sitting on the golden throne, sleeping with women, plundering property, wielding power, and preventing rebellion!
Yet, they still insist on loudly shouting for “fairness and justice, freedom and equality, the rule of law and democracy”; loudly shouting for “the common people, the souls under heaven, and the well-being of humanity.”
This, fucking hell, is absolute and outright fraud!
(III) Playing with Fire
An evil wind of the “Three Capitalizations” reform blowing out from Hunan and Hubei is currently sweeping across the nation, reappearing in its true colors of deception;
The so-called “Three Capitalizations” are:
Turning resources into assets, securitizing assets, and leveraging funds.
The first step: treat the 100 bachelors of the local village as a form of “human resources,” and then register them as “state-owned assets” possessing labor income and resource value-added potential. This is turning resources into assets.
The second step: make a valuation of this state-owned asset, package it into ten thousand shares of “human resource income right certificates,” and issue them to the financial market. This is securitizing assets.
The third step: use the cashed-out money to introduce more bachelors from other villages, scale up the valuation, and continue issuing to the financial market to cash out. The snowball rolls bigger and bigger. This is leveraging funds.
Local governments everywhere register all kinds of resources from corners and crannies as assets, staking the future and staking credibility, beautifying and packaging them, re-evaluating their value, concocting a good story, and packaging them for sale, all to defraud real gold and silver!
This is not “playing with fire”!
This is jumping into a “fire pit”!
