——强烈抗议独裁者习近平危害自由民主世界
人神共愤，天灭中共！

当今世界正处于光明与黑暗决战的关键历史节点。在亿万中国同胞饱受奴役、神州大地民怨沸腾之际，中共窃国贼、极权独裁者习近平竟然企图访问美国。这是对人类文明底线的公然践踏，是对自由民主世界的极大挑衅，更是对所有死于中共暴政奴役之下冤魂的肆意侮辱！
为此，我们向全球所有珍视自由、民主、人权与正义的华人同胞及国际正义力量，发出最震撼、最紧迫的铁血呼吁：立刻行动起来，挺身而出！我们要用撕裂黑夜的雷霆之吼，彻底粉碎中共的专制谎言，用坚不可摧的抗争洪流，将这个作恶百年的流氓政权彻底埋葬！
一、 独裁倒行逆施，神州大地沦为现代人间地狱
自习近平篡权、强化个人独裁以来，中共全面复辟了历史上最恶劣的极权统治。它们打着“复兴”的虚假幌子，疯狂开历史倒车。在全国范围内，中共残酷关押、迫害无数异见人士、维权律师及良心犯；它们动用庞大的国家机器，对法轮功学员、基督教徒及广大宗教信仰者进行灭绝人性的迫害，甚至犯下活摘器官这等地球上从未见过的星球级罪行；它们在新疆、西藏、香港实行法西斯式的铁腕镇压，将昔日的东方之珠变成特务横行的恐怖牢笼。
在经济上，中共大搞“国进民退”，大肆搜刮民脂民膏，导致百业凋零、民不聊生，青年人失业绝望，无数家庭支离破碎。为了维持摇摇欲坠的统治，中共用大数据、人工智能和无孔不入的监控摄像头，筑起了一座禁锢14亿人的数字铁幕。在中国大陆，人民被剥夺了说话的权利、信仰的权利，甚至连生存的尊严都被践踏至尽。这个邪恶的政权，正在把中华民族推入万劫不复的黑暗深渊！
二、 恶魔黑手外伸，战狼渗透危害全球自由世界
中共的罪恶绝不仅限于中国大陆。这个邪恶轴心正撕下伪装，将其独裁触角疯狂延伸到海外。它们通过“一带一路”实施经济胁迫，用债务陷阱绑架发展中国家；它们在自由世界设立秘密警察站，跨国恐吓、跟踪、暗杀异见人士；它们利用各种伪装机构以及被收买的西方政商精英，进行无孔不入的政治渗透与间谍活动。
更令人发指的是，中共利用虚假宣传和认知战，日夜颠倒黑白，疯狂毒害国际舆论。它们在国际上拉帮结派，暗中扶持恐怖主义与侵略政权，试图彻底颠覆以普世价值为基础的国际秩序。历史和现实一再证明，中共是动荡的根源、灾难的温床。如果国际社会继续对这个恶魔保持沉默、姑息养奸，那么今日中国之悲剧，必将成为明日世界之浩劫！
三、 中共不等于中国，全球退党抗暴洪流势不可挡
我们必须向全世界大声疾呼：中共绝不等于中国，中共政权更没有资格代表中国人民！ 中共是一个寄生在中华民族身上的马列恶魔，是一个靠谎言与暴力维持统治的非法黑帮流氓集团。中国人民绝不是暴政的同谋，而是暴政最深重的受害者。十四万万神州同胞同样渴望尊严、渴望法治、渴望人权与光明！
近年来，从“白纸运动”到民间连绵不断的抗暴怒吼，都在证明：民心已死，中共气数已尽！多行不义必自毙，天网恢恢疏不漏，历史的审判台已经为这个恶贯满盈的政权设好。面对独裁者的无耻访问，我们没有任何退路，唯有迎头痛击！
在此，我们发出最严厉的控诉与宣战： 彻底粉碎习近平的个人独裁与法西斯极权统治！ 坚决斩断中共专制暴政危害人类文明与国际秩序的黑手！ 强烈谴责并清算中共对人权、信仰、言论及新闻自由的血腥迫害！ 彻底扒光中共谎言外衣，全面揭露其欺骗、控制和迫害人民的邪恶本质！ 誓死声援所有遭受中共残酷迫害的苦难同胞、维权人士与正义群体！ 喝令国际社会彻底觉醒，绝不与恶魔做交易，绝不对中共暴政保持沉默！
同胞们，正义的朋友们！黑暗再长也挡不住黎明的曙光。让我们万众一心，凝聚起排山倒海的正义力量，形成摧枯拉朽的抗暴洪流！暴政必亡，自由必胜！天灭中共，就在眼前！

The world has reached a critical moment in the struggle between light and darkness. While countless Chinese people suffer under oppression and public anger rises across China, Xi Jinping—the Chinese Communist Party’s usurper and totalitarian dictator—seeks to visit the United States. His visit is an affront to the basic standards of human civilization, a grave provocation to the free and democratic world, and an insult to all who have died under CCP tyranny.
We therefore issue an urgent call to Chinese people around the world and to all who value freedom, democracy, human rights and justice: Act now. Stand up. Let our voices thunder through the darkness and shatter the CCP’s authoritarian lies. Let an unstoppable movement of resistance bring this regime’s century of wrongdoing to an end.
I. Dictatorship has turned China into a living hell
Since Xi Jinping seized power and strengthened his personal dictatorship, the CCP has revived some of history’s worst forms of totalitarian rule. Under the false banner of “national rejuvenation,” it has driven the country backward. Across China, the party has imprisoned and persecuted countless dissidents, human rights lawyers and prisoners of conscience. It has used the machinery of the state to persecute Falun Gong practitioners, Christians and other people of faith. We accuse it even of organ harvesting—an atrocity of staggering scale. In Xinjiang, Tibet and Hong Kong, it has imposed ruthless repression, turning Hong Kong, once known as the Pearl of the Orient, into a place of fear and surveillance.
Economically, the CCP has advanced state control at the expense of private enterprise and extracted wealth from ordinary people. Businesses have declined, young people face unemployment and despair, and countless families have been torn apart. To preserve its increasingly fragile rule, the party has used big data, artificial intelligence and pervasive surveillance cameras to build a digital iron curtain around 1.4 billion people. On the Chinese mainland, people have been denied the right to speak, the right to believe and even the dignity needed to live. This regime is pushing the Chinese nation into a dark abyss.
II. The regime extends its reach overseas and threatens freedom worldwide
The CCP’s wrongdoing does not stop at China’s borders. It has extended its authoritarian reach abroad. Through the Belt and Road Initiative, it uses economic coercion and debt to gain influence over developing countries. It has established secret police stations in free societies and, we allege, intimidated, followed and even targeted dissidents for assassination across borders. Through front organizations and compromised political and business figures in the West, it conducts political interference and espionage.
The CCP also uses propaganda and information warfare to distort the truth and influence international opinion. It builds alliances abroad and, in our view, supports terrorism and aggressive regimes in an effort to overturn an international order founded on universal values. History and current events show the danger it poses. If the international community remains silent and continues to accommodate this regime, the suffering seen in China today may become a catastrophe for the wider world tomorrow.
III. The CCP is not China, and the movement to reject its rule cannot be stopped
We must say clearly to the world: The CCP is not China, and its regime has no right to speak for the Chinese people. It is a Marxist-Leninist force that has attached itself to the Chinese nation and maintains its rule through lies and violence. The Chinese people are not accomplices to its abuses; they are their principal victims. China’s 1.4 billion people also long for dignity, the rule of law, human rights and hope.
From the White Paper Movement to continuing acts of public resistance, people have shown their anger with the regime. The CCP’s rule will not last forever. Those who commit injustice will ultimately face judgment. In the face of the dictator’s visit, we must stand against him.
We therefore make the following demands:
End Xi Jinping’s personal dictatorship and totalitarian rule.
Stop the CCP’s authoritarian abuses from threatening human civilization and the international order.
Condemn the CCP’s persecution of human rights, religious belief, free speech and press freedom, and hold those responsible accountable.
Expose the CCP’s lies and reveal how it deceives, controls and persecutes the people.
Stand firmly with everyone who has suffered persecution, including human rights defenders and others who speak out for justice.
Call on the international community to reject complicity and refuse to remain silent in the face of CCP repression.
Fellow Chinese people and friends of justice: However long the darkness lasts, it cannot prevent the dawn. Let us stand together and build a powerful movement against tyranny.
Tyranny will fall. Freedom will prevail. The end of CCP rule is in sight!
