改變中國的演講：大同世界就是共產主義社會
大道之行也，天下為公。選賢與能，講信修睦。故人不獨親其親，不獨子其子；使老有所終，壯有所用，幼有所長，矜、寡、孤、獨、廢疾者，皆有所養；男有分，女有歸。貨，惡其棄於地也，不必藏於己；力，惡其不出於身也，不必為己。是故謀閉而不興，盜竊亂賊而不作，故外戶而不閉，是謂「大同」。
在我小時候，在中國接受教育，我們對社會主義的夢想是：各盡所能按勞分配。對共產主義社會的憧憬是：各盡所能按需分配，即是對每個人的成長、生活、發展按需求分配。
大同世界是華夏民族自古以來的社會夢想，它所描繪的社會藍圖「老有所終，壯有所用，幼有所長，矜、寡、孤、獨、廢疾者，皆有所養；男有分，女有歸」，不就是共產主義各盡所能、按需分配的標準嗎？
其實，一百年前，孫中山在《三民主義》中，早就論述了民生主義就是社會主義，就是共產主義，即是大同主義。今天，為了實現大同社會，我創立了大同世界，它將會以教育、貨幣、軍事三大方針取代已經腐敗的聯合國。建立世界和平秩序，結束一切戰爭。
在現代科技的發展中，大殺傷力和破壞力的武器出現，任何戰爭對全人類都造成極大影響。引發戰爭的都是宗教、民族、政黨的意識形態衝突。大同世界將收編一切政黨、宗教、民族的武裝部隊，列入四大聯邦管轄，並且負責轄區和平。這四個聯邦分別是：美洲大陸、部分英聯邦、歐洲中東北非聯邦、東亞聯邦（漢文化圈）。
為了確保大同世界的建立與發展，我還設定了社會管理學 24 門課程，用來培養賢能，因為選賢與能是大同世界發展的條件，沒有賢能，什麼社會夢想都是空談。並且在此基礎上，發展出社會發展理論，人類成長標準化，職業技能標準化，以確保每個人都可以各盡所能，創造無限的物質財富，確保按需分配的實現。
什麼是社會管理發展論？這是一個論述從最低級的社會管理能力到最理想的社會管理狀態的理論，其最終目標是自動化時代，與共產主義社會類似，但是決定社會管理能力的是人口素質的提升，而不是馬克思主義哲學的生產力與生產關係。
孫中山的三民主義也論述了馬克思的共產主義不是真的共產主義，俄羅斯的巴枯寧也預估了馬克思主義的無產階級專政會造成對無產階級實行專政。在孫中山與蘇聯合作、建立黃埔軍校之前，為了預防共產主義對中國傳統文化的破壞，與蘇聯外交部長越飛簽署了《孫越宣言》，有沒有人知道《孫越宣言》？蔣介石和那些反共的國民黨右派肯定不知道，最清楚的是廖仲愷、汪精衛、李大釗、陳獨秀等當事人。
今天，我要向中國推薦的是能培養賢能的社會管理學：這將會是大同世界一切官員的執照，有 24 門課程，八個級別。有志於參與社會管理及成為官員的人，可以隨時學習，隨時通過考試認證。到了自動化時代，獲得認證的人還能隨時上崗。
社會管理學不僅讓中國的民生回歸正軌，還能解除官場腐敗及危機。現階段，我很理解共產黨的官員們人人自危的環境，社會管理學將會讓官員不再被迫害，因為每個人都擁有三重保護：黨派、家園、姓氏家族的三重保障，可以解放思想，服務民生，為自己的家族、家園爭取任何利益而不屬於貪腐，因為每個官員在同一崗位只能任職三年，並且擁有資格認證才可以擔任，爛極有限，對社會也不会有危害。
社會管理學的大同經濟學是以幾千年來的姓氏家族為實體的經濟體制。以傳統的方式運作被誤解的集體所有制和公有制，結合南宋范仲淹建立的義莊養老，私塾學堂及祠堂治理。大同世界讓標準化的姓氏家族以 2 萬-5 萬人口為經濟單位，每個姓氏在自己的家園擁有養老、育幼、教育、醫療保健、品牌產業，8 平方公里主權土地，因地制宜的自住樓房等等自治及發展功能。還有家園政府的一個議席的權力，可以平等參與社會管理，而且家族的管理人員必須具備社會管理執照。
引入社會管理學的中國將解除縣市鎮的低級政府，以地級市為家園政府將煥發生命力，300 多地級市如同 300 個深圳。每個家園的姓氏家族都有高級的生產力工具或全球最具影響力的品牌產業。
中國引入社會管理學將會產生立竿見影的效果，因為黨校能迅速把所有共產黨員們培養成賢與能，在這些黨員的帶領下，他們的財產全部用來組織自姓氏的標準化大同家族，人口素質馬上提升，各行各業的品牌及生產力很快取代各種假冒偽劣商品，以姓氏為標準化的華夏民族實現偉大復興！
中國將歸屬東亞家園聯邦，中國共產黨的解放軍納入東亞聯邦軍體系後，解除緬甸、柬埔寨、越南、泰國等軍事。東亞聯邦在貨幣和教育政策的推動下，三千年來的大同世界將會實現。

The Speech That Changes China: The World of Great Harmony Is a Communist Society

Abstract: This article proposes a vision of the World of Great Harmony centered on education, currency, and the military. Through social management science, family autonomy, and resource sharing, it aims to cultivate virtuous and capable individuals, improve people’s livelihoods, eliminate corruption, and ultimately achieve distribution according to need, world peace, and the shared development of humanity.
When the Great Way prevails, the world is shared by all. The virtuous and capable are chosen for office, and trust and harmony are cultivated. Thus, people do not treat only their own parents as parents, nor only their own children as children; the elderly are cared for until the end of their lives, the able-bodied are put to good use, the young are guided into growth, and the widowed, orphaned, childless, disabled, and sick are all provided for; men have their proper duties, and women have their proper homes. As for goods, people hate to see them wasted on the ground, yet feel no need to hoard them for themselves; as for labor, people hate not to exert their strength, yet feel no need to exert it solely for themselves. In this way, selfish schemings are suppressed and do not arise, while robbery, theft, treason, and rebellion do not occur, so that outer doors are left unlocked. This is called “Great Harmony” (Datong).
In my youth, when I received my education in China, our dream of a socialist society was: From each according to their ability, to each according to their work. Our aspiration for a communist society was: From each according to their ability, to each according to their needs—that is, distributing resources according to the needs of every individual’s growth, living, and development.
The World of Great Harmony has been the societal dream of the Chinese nation since ancient times. Does not the social blueprint it describes—”the elderly are cared for until the end of their lives, the able-bodied are put to good use, the young are guided into growth, and the widowed, orphaned, childless, disabled, and sick are all provided for; men have their proper duties, and women have their proper homes”—precisely constitute the standard of communism’s principle of “from each according to their ability, to each according to their needs”?
In fact, one hundred years ago, Sun Yat-sen had already expounded in his Three Principles of the People that the Principle of Minsheng (People’s Livelihood) is socialism, is communism, and is Great Harmony (Datongism). Today, in order to realize a society of Great Harmony, I have founded the World of Great Harmony, which will replace the corrupt United Nations with three core policies: education, currency, and the military. It will establish an order of world peace and put an end to all wars.
In the development of modern technology, weapons of mass destruction and massive destructive power have emerged, rendering any war a matter of profound impact upon all of humanity. What trigger wars are ideological conflicts among religions, ethnicities, and political parties. The World of Great Harmony will incorporate and reorganize all armed forces belonging to political parties, religions, and ethnic groups, placing them under the jurisdiction of four great federations, which will be responsible for peace within their respective territories. These four federations are: the Americas Continent, parts of the Commonwealth, the European-Middle Eastern-North African Federation, and the East Asian Federation (the Sinosphere).
To ensure the establishment and development of the World of Great Harmony, I have also set up 24 courses in social management science to cultivate the virtuous and capable, because choosing the virtuous and capable is a requisite condition for the development of the World of Great Harmony—without the virtuous and capable, any societal dream is mere idle talk. On this foundation, a social development theory has been further developed, along with the standardization of human growth and the standardization of vocational skills, to ensure that everyone can exert their abilities to the fullest, create infinite material wealth, and guarantee the realization of distribution according to need.
What is the Theory of Social Management Development? This is a theory that expounds the progression from the lowest level of social management capacity to the most ideal state of social management. Its ultimate goal is the era of automation, which is similar to a communist society; however, what determines social management capacity is the elevation of the quality of the population, rather than the productive forces and relations of production in Marxist philosophy.
Sun Yat-sen’s Three Principles of the People also argued that Marx’s communism is not true communism, while Mikhail Bakunin in Russia likewise foresaw that the Marxist dictatorship of the proletariat would result in exercising dictatorship over the proletariat. Before Sun Yat-sen cooperated with the Soviet Union and established the Whampoa Military Academy, in order to prevent communism from destroying traditional Chinese culture, he signed the Sun-Joffe Manifesto (Sun-Joffe Joint Declaration) with Soviet Foreign Minister Adolf Joffe. Does anyone know about the Sun-Joffe Manifesto? Chiang Kai-shek and those anti-communist Kuomintang right-wingers certainly did not know; those who were clearest about it were the key figures involved, such as Liao Zhongkai, Wang Jingwei, Li Dazhao, and Chen Duxiu.
Today, what I wish to recommend to China is social management science capable of cultivating the virtuous and capable: this will serve as the license for all officials in the World of Great Harmony, comprising 24 courses across eight levels. Those who aspire to participate in social management and become officials may study at any time and pass the certification examinations at any time. By the time the era of automation arrives, those who have obtained certification will also be able to assume their posts at any time.
Social management science will not only return China’s people’s livelihood to the right track, but also resolve corruption and crises within officialdom. At the present stage, I fully understand the environment in which Communist Party officials all find themselves in constant fear and insecurity. Social management science will ensure that officials are no longer persecuted, because everyone will possess triple protection: the triple security of political party, homeland, and surname-based clan. This will allow them to liberate their minds, serve the people’s livelihood, and strive for any benefits for their own clans and homelands without it constituting corruption—because every official may only serve in the same post for three years and must hold qualification certification to serve, meaning the potential for harm is strictly limited and will pose no danger to society.
The Great Harmony economics of social management science is an economic system that takes the surname-based clan of thousands of years as its concrete entity. It operates the misunderstood collective ownership and public ownership through traditional methods, combining the Yizhuang (charitable estate) elder care, private academy schools, and ancestral hall governance established by Fan Zhongyan of the Southern Song Dynasty. The World of Great Harmony enables standardized surname-based clans to serve as economic units with populations of 20,000 to 5,0000. Each surname in its own homeland will possess autonomous and developmental functions such as elder care, child rearing, education, healthcare, branded industries, 8 square kilometers of sovereign land, and locally adapted self-owned residential buildings. Furthermore, each possesses the power of one seat in the homeland government to participate equally in social management, and clan management personnel must hold a social management license.
China’s introduction of social management science will eliminate low-level governments at the county, city, and town levels; homeland governments centered on prefecture-level cities will burst with vitality, with over 300 prefecture-level cities operating like 300 ShenZhens. The surname-based clan of each homeland will possess advanced tools of productivity or globally influential branded industries.
China’s introduction of social management science will yield immediate results, because party schools can rapidly train all Communist Party members into virtuous and capable individuals. Under the leadership of these party members, all of their assets will be used to organize standardized Great Harmony clans of their own surnames. The quality of the population will elevate immediately, brands and productivity across all industries will quickly replace all kinds of counterfeit and shoddy goods, and the Chinese nation (Huaxia nation), standardized by surname, will achieve great rejuvenation!
China will belong to the East Asian Homeland Federation. After the Chinese Communist Party’s People’s Liberation Army is incorporated into the East Asian Federation military system, it will disarm the militaries of Myanmar, Cambodia, Vietnam, Thailand, and other countries. Driven by the monetary and educational policies of the East Asian Federation, the three-thousand-year-old World of Great Harmony will be realized.
