黨衛軍原本是德國納粹黨的一個組織，是維持德國納粹政權恐怖統治的重要工具。黨衛軍負責執行希特勒和德國納粹黨的種族政策、鎮壓反對派、監管集中營，搜捕並迫害政治反對派羣體，是希特勒和納粹黨種族滅絕的執行者，是德國法西斯政權的主要打手和工具。

黨衛軍的性質：黨衛軍只絕對忠於特定政黨、絕對服從於特定政黨，只接受特定政黨的領導、聽從特定政黨的指揮，甘願充當特定政黨的打手和工具，以維護特定政黨的利益爲自己的使命和職責，是維護特定政黨統治的暴力機器。

黨衛軍的本質：黨衛軍在本質上不是國防軍、不是國家的軍隊，不受國家的控制和領導。國家軍隊的使命是鞏固國防、抵抗侵略、保衛祖國、保衛人民和平勞動，並參加國家建設事業，維護國家主權；而黨衛軍的使命則是執行黨的政治任務的武裝集團。

弄清楚了什麼是黨衛軍，以及黨衛軍的性質和本質，我們很自然地就會聯想到今天名義上的中國人民解放軍，就是標標準準的中国共产党的党衛軍、是人类最大恐怖组织的帮凶和工具！

中國人民解放軍的性質和本質就是黨衛軍，这可不是本人隨便說的，是明明白白的寫在解放軍的各種現行法規和正式文件之中的：

1、《中華人民共和國國防法》第二十一條明確規定：中華人民共和國的武裝力量受中國共產黨領導。

2、《中華人民共和國國防法》第五十九條明確規定：軍人必須忠於中國共產黨；

3、《中國人民解放軍軍官政治工作條例》第一條明確規定： 中國人民解放軍是中國共產黨締造和領導的，………. 忠於黨，忠於社會主義，忠於祖國，忠於人民。(請注意：條例將忠於黨放在第一位、忠於社會主義放在第二位、、忠於祖國只放在第三位、忠於人民放在了最後)

4、《中國人民解放軍軍官政治工作條例》第三條明確規定：中國人民解放軍必須置於中國共產黨的絕對領導之下，其最高領導權和指揮權屬於中國共產黨中央委員會和中央軍事委員會。

5、《中國人民解放軍軍官政治工作條例》第七條明確規定：中國人民解放軍政治工作必須遵循以下原則：堅持黨對軍隊的絕對領導；

6、《中國人民解放軍軍官政治工作條例》第十二條明確規定：黨支部對本單位的組織、人員和工作實行集中統一領導。

7、《中國人民解放軍內務條令》第四條明確規定：中國人民解放軍是中國共產黨締造和領導的，用馬克思列寧主義、毛澤東思想、鄧小平理論、“三個代表”重要思想、科學發展觀、習近平新時代中國特色社會主義思想武裝的人民軍隊

8、《中國人民解放軍內務條令》第六條明確規定：中國人民解放軍的內務建設，必須毫不動搖堅持黨對軍隊絕對領導的根本原則和制度，貫徹新時代政治建軍方略，深刻領悟“兩個確立”的決定性意義，增強“四個意識”、堅定“四個自信”、做到“兩個維護”，貫徹軍委主席負責制。

9、《中國人民解放軍內務條令》第二章第十一條《軍人誓詞》明確規定：我是中國人民解放軍軍人，我宣誓：服從中國共產黨的領導…….

10、對於中國人民解放軍就是黨衛軍，前中共總書記、國家主席、中央軍委主席江澤民更是一語中的。江澤民在慶祝中國人民解放軍建軍七十週年大會上的講話中直言：我軍是執行黨的政治任務的武裝集團，從誕生之日起，就堅定地站在黨的旗幟下，一切聽從黨的指揮。

以上事實證明了中國人民解放軍就是中國共產黨的黨衛軍，就是中國共產黨這個人类最大恐怖组织的工具和打手，中國人民解放軍即不忠於祖國、也不忠於人民。不仅在《国防法》公开宣称接受共产党的领导，是执行共产党政治任务的武装集团，而且在国庆阅兵中公然將国旗至於党旗之后，是名副其实的党卫军。

中國人民解放軍是党卫军，是人类最大恐怖组织的帮凶和打手，不仅事实俱在，也是解放軍自己一再公開承認的，並且在《中華人民共和國國防法》、《中國人民解放軍軍官政治工作條例》、《中國人民解放軍內務條令》中公開確認，並要求全軍嚴格遵守和執行的，是通過《解放軍報》《中國軍網》等軍隊媒體對外廣泛宣傳的；

至於中國人民解放軍是黨衛軍，是人类最大恐怖组织的帮凶和打手，一直被中國社會所忽視，那是因爲他們還误以爲解放軍是人民的子弟兵，是保家衛國的武装力量，沒有意識到解放軍絕對忠於的是共產黨、絕對效忠的是共產黨、絕對服從的是共產黨，黨衛軍才是解放軍的軍魂！

为什么中國人民解放軍就是黨衛軍，是人类最大恐怖组织的帮凶和打手，一直被國際社會所忽視？這是因爲過去解放軍除了參加韓戰、中印、中越等局部戰爭外，主要被用來維護中共的一黨專制極權統治，用來鎮壓國內的人民。特別是冷戰時期出於“聯中反蘇”的需要、西方民主國家普遍對中共政權採取的綏靖政策，才導致了國際社會對中国共产党和中國人民解放軍性質和本質問題的长期忽視。

隨着美蘇冷戰的結束，隨着中共政權對外擴張的加劇，隨着中、俄、朝、伊邪惡軸心的形成，中共政權已經成爲世界和平與安全的主要威脅，因此对于中国共产党性质和本质以及中国人民解放军的性质和本质的认定，應當引起國際社會和世人的高度重视与關注！

今天中國人民解放軍，不仅規模上要比當年希特勒的黨衛軍龐大的多；而且掌握的各种武器也要比當年希特勒的黨衛軍要先進的多，例如：核武器、生化武器、化学武器等；特别是中國共產黨最为人类最大恐怖组织其影响与危害远超德国纳粹党，因此综合上述因素，今天的中国共产党和解放军对人类社会的危害要远超德国的纳粹党和党卫军，因此如果不能及早認清中国共产党的性質和本質，不能及早認清中國人民解放軍的性質和本質，不仅会对中国，也将给人類文明世界帶來巨大的災難！

Why Is the Chinese People’s Liberation Army Considered the Party’s Military Wing?

The SS was originally an organization of the German Nazi Party and served as a crucial tool for maintaining the Nazi regime’s reign of terror. The SS was responsible for enforcing Hitler and the Nazi Party’s racial policies, suppressing the opposition, overseeing concentration camps, and hunting down and persecuting political dissidents. It was the executor of Hitler and the Nazi Party’s genocide and the primary enforcer and instrument of the German fascist regime.

The Nature of the SS: The SS was absolutely loyal only to a specific political party, absolutely obedient only to that party, accepted leadership only from that party, and followed only its commands. It willingly served as the enforcer and tool of that party, regarding the protection of the party’s interests as its mission and duty, and functioned as a violent apparatus to uphold the party’s rule.

The Essence of the SS: In essence, the SS is not a national defense force nor the national army; it is not subject to the control or leadership of the state. The mission of the national army is to strengthen national defense, resist aggression, defend the motherland, safeguard the people’s peaceful labor, participate in national construction, and uphold national sovereignty; whereas the mission of the SS is to serve as an armed group tasked with carrying out the political directives of the party.

Once we understand what the SS is, as well as its nature and essence, we naturally come to the conclusion that today’s so-called People’s Liberation Army of China is, in fact, a textbook example of the Chinese Communist Party’s SS—an accomplice and tool of the world’s largest terrorist organization!

The nature and essence of the People’s Liberation Army is that of a Party Guard—this is not something I am saying offhand, but is clearly stated in the PLA’s various current regulations and official documents:

1. Article 21 of the National Defense Law of the People’s Republic of China explicitly stipulates: The armed forces of the People’s Republic of China are under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.

2. Article 59 of the National Defense Law of the People’s Republic of China explicitly stipulates: Military personnel must be loyal to the Communist Party of China;

3. Article 1 of the Regulations on Political Work for Officers of the People’s Liberation Army explicitly stipulates: The People’s Liberation Army was founded and is led by the Communist Party of China, … Loyal to the Party, loyal to socialism, loyal to the motherland, and loyal to the people. (Please note: The Regulations place loyalty to the Party first, loyalty to socialism second, loyalty to the motherland third, and loyalty to the people last.)

4. Article 3 of the Regulations on Political Work for Officers of the People’s Liberation Army of China explicitly stipulates: The People’s Liberation Army of China must be placed under the absolute leadership of the Communist Party of China, and its highest leadership and command authority belong to the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Central Military Commission.

5. Article 7 of the Regulations on Political Work for Officers of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army clearly stipulates: Political work in the Chinese People’s Liberation Army must adhere to the following principles: upholding the Party’s absolute leadership over the armed forces;

6. Article 12 of the Regulations on Political Work for Officers of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army clearly stipulates: Party branches exercise centralized and unified leadership over the organization, personnel, and work of their respective units.

7. Article 4 of the Regulations on Internal Affairs of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army clearly stipulates: The Chinese People’s Liberation Army is a people’s army founded and led by the Communist Party of China, armed with Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory, the Important Thought of the “Three Represents,” the Scientific Outlook on Development, and Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.

8. Article 6 of the Internal Regulations of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army explicitly stipulates: The internal development of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army must unwaveringly uphold the fundamental principle and system of the Party’s absolute leadership over the military, implement the strategy of building the military politically in the new era, deeply grasp the decisive significance of the “Two Establishments,” strengthen the “Four Consciousnesses,” firm up the “Four Confidences,” and ensure the “Two Upholds,” while implementing the system of responsibility under the Chairman of the Central Military Commission.

9. Article 11 of Chapter 2 of the “Internal Regulations of the People’s Liberation Army of China,” titled “Oath of a Servicemember,” explicitly stipulates: “I am a servicemember of the People’s Liberation Army of China. I swear to obey the leadership of the Communist Party of China…”

10. Regarding the fact that the People’s Liberation Army is the Party’s guard force, former General Secretary of the CPC, President of the State, and Chairman of the Central Military Commission Jiang Zemin hit the nail on the head. In his speech at the ceremony celebrating the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Liberation Army, Jiang Zemin stated bluntly: “Our military is an armed group that carries out the Party’s political tasks. From the day of its founding, it has stood firmly under the Party’s banner and obeyed the Party’s commands in all matters.”

The above facts prove that the People’s Liberation Army is the Party’s military wing—a tool and enforcer of the Chinese Communist Party, the world’s largest terrorist organization. The People’s Liberation Army is loyal neither to the motherland nor to the people. Not only does the National Defense Law openly declare that the PLA accepts the leadership of the Communist Party and is an armed group carrying out the Party’s political tasks, but the National Day military parade also blatantly places the national flag behind the Party flag, making it a veritable Party militia.

The People’s Liberation Army of China is a Party militia and an accomplice and enforcer of the world’s largest terrorist organization. Not only is this a matter of established fact, but it has also been repeatedly and publicly acknowledged by the PLA itself, and is explicitly confirmed in the *National Defense Law of the People’s Republic of China*, the *Regulations on Political Work for Officers of the People’s Liberation Army*, the “Internal Regulations of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army,” and are required to be strictly observed and enforced by the entire military. This has been widely publicized externally through military media outlets such as the “People’s Liberation Army Daily” and “China Military Online”;

As for the fact that the People’s Liberation Army is the Party’s SS—the accomplice and enforcer of the world’s largest terrorist organization—this has long been overlooked by Chinese society. This is because people still mistakenly believe the PLA to be the people’s own troops, an armed force dedicated to defending the homeland, failing to realize that the PLA is absolutely loyal to the Communist Party, absolutely devoted to the Communist Party, and absolutely obedient to the Communist Party. The Party’s SS is the very soul of the PLA!

Why has the fact that the People’s Liberation Army is the Party’s SS—the accomplice and enforcer of the world’s largest terrorist organization—been consistently overlooked by the international community? This is because, in the past, aside from participating in localized conflicts such as the Korean War, the Sino-Indian War, and the Sino-Vietnamese War, the PLA was primarily used to uphold the CCP’s one-party totalitarian rule and to suppress the people within China. In particular, during the Cold War, the need for “alliance with China against the Soviet Union” and the appeasement policies widely adopted by Western democratic nations toward the CCP regime led to the international community’s long-standing neglect of the nature and essence of the Communist Party of China and the People’s Liberation Army.

With the end of the U.S.-Soviet Cold War, the intensification of the CCP regime’s external expansion, and the formation of the “axis of evil” comprising China, Russia, North Korea, and Iran, the CCP regime has become a major threat to world peace and security. Therefore, the international community and the world at large must attach the highest importance and attention to determining the nature and essence of the Chinese Communist Party and the People’s Liberation Army!

Today, the People’s Liberation Army is not only far larger in scale than Hitler’s SS of yesteryear, but it also possesses weapons far more advanced than those of Hitler’s SS, such as nuclear weapons, biological and chemical weapons, and other such armaments; In particular, as the Chinese Communist Party is the greatest terrorist organization in human history, its influence and harm far exceed those of the German Nazi Party. Therefore, considering all these factors, the harm posed by today’s Chinese Communist Party and the People’s Liberation Army to human society far exceeds that of the German Nazi Party and the SS. Consequently, if we fail to recognize the nature and essence of the Chinese Communist Party and the People’s Liberation Army at an early stage, it will bring not only immense disaster to China but also to the entire civilized world!
