极权阴影下的海外暴力与公民觉醒

2026年9月23日中共领导人访美期间，大批追求自由民主与宪政的海外华人自发聚集，发起和平集会抗议。一侧是手持宪法第一修正案标语、高喊民主诉求的和平示威者；另一侧，则是身着风衣、头戴墨镜口罩、手持隐蔽武器的黑衣暴徒。这场本应受美国宪法与国际人权公约双重保护的和平表达，却遭遇了来自中共海外组织的系统性暴力打压。

现场撕开了伪装，证实了一个冰冷的事实：中共的跨国镇压不仅真实存在，且已演变成一套高度组织化、预谋化的海外暴力机器。这不仅是对个人基本人权的剥夺，更是对自由世界领土主权与法治尊严的直接挑衅。

一、 恐惧的逻辑：极权的独占性与暴力异化

中共为何不远万里在自由土地上无情打压和平异议者？

根源在于极权体制的内在逻辑：它绝不容许存在任何不受其掌控的反对力量。海外华人爆发的声浪直击其统治合法性的脆弱核心——它证明了即便摆脱了高墙与审查，人们对自由的追求依然炽热。为将这种反抗扼杀在萌芽状态，打压行动展现出严密的战术分工：

1. 战术挑衅与激怒：打手队伍有组织地冲散抗议阵型，用言语挑衅与肢体碰撞制造冲突，意图抹黑示威者的和平属性。

2. 伪装武器化工具：现场打手将收缩金属旗杆作为隐蔽的攻击型武器进行戳刺，并利用大面积国旗与雨伞遮挡暴行。

面对具备专业化打击能力的暴力组织，本着和平初衷的示威群众因缺乏防范经验，瞬间陷入势单力薄的被动局面。

二、 暗处的全景监视：“神秘黑衣人”与寒蝉效应

冲突外围，穿梭着一群训练有素的“神秘黑衣人”。他们无统一制服，但队形工整、行动敏捷。其功能极其明确：冲突前线充当暴徒，外围则进行全景监视与资料搜集。

他们统一佩戴棒球帽、深色口罩、墨镜与耳机对讲机，三五成群地拿着相机，对示威者的面部进行系统性拍照。常识与逻辑表明：绝无普通围观者会以如此反常的装束，系统搜集他人的面部信息。他们显然是精心挑选、派驻海外的执行者。

这种严密隐匿身份的行为，恰恰揭示了其内心的虚妄与恐惧：

1. 恐惧身份曝光：害怕真容暴露后引发人肉搜查，揭穿其“一边执行压迫任务，一边将家人送往西方享受自由”的丑陋双标；

2. 恐惧法律制裁：害怕违法搜集与暴力行为被递交至联邦调查局（FBI）或国土安全部（DHS），触犯《外国代理人登记法》（FARA）及侵犯公民权利相关法律，导致签证吊销与刑事追责。

这群黑衣人正将极权的“全景敞视”监视机制非法复制到自由世界。他们举起镜头，意在制造无形的“寒蝉效应”——通过将血脉与亲情“武器化”，把对个体的控制转化为对远方亲人的无上限威慑，迫使海外异议者在恐惧中选择自我审查，进而将极权的控制网络延伸至太平洋彼岸。

三、 网络与现实的双重绞杀：水军围剿与荒谬污名

这种系统性的镇压并未止步于实体现场，而是顺着网络世界延伸开来，形成线上线下的“双重绞杀”。当受害者将现场遭遇的暴力打击与黑衣人的监视的视频发布到网络平台后，迅速遭到了中共水军与“小粉红”的集群式围剿。

他们在评论区疯狂抹黑与攻击，给出的理由极其荒谬：或污蔑示威者“拿了反华势力的钱”、“是为了钱才表演”、说他们都是大陆逃亡到国外贪官或是重刑犯的后代；或扣上“汉奸”、“卖国贼”数典忘祖的道德意识形态帽子；甚至面对铁证如山的视频，睁眼瞎说声称“视频是剪辑配音作假”、“都是演戏”，要么就和稀泥说两边都不是“好东西”。

这种网络围剿本质上是海外物理镇压的延伸战术。其核心目的在于：通过制造泼脏水式的舆论噪音，将严肃的政治压迫事件解构为“博眼球的低俗闹剧”，从而混淆视听、瓦解公众同情，并对发声者实施二次精神霸凌与心理威慑，彻底掐灭海外异议者的舆论空间。

四、 觉醒与回应：阴影止于法治的边界

中共的海外渗透与跨国镇压，是对自由世界法治与人权的公开挑衅。西方民主国家的领导层与执法机关必须引起高度重视，切实用法律武器遏制外国极权在其领土上的非法执法行为。

然而，暴政以为暴力与监视能击溃心理防线，这完全是对自由信仰的低估。我们付出巨大代价来到这片土地，不仅是为了表达个人的诉求，更是为了替高墙内被剥夺发声权利的亿万同胞呐喊。

面对跨国镇压，最有力的回应绝非退缩，而是将恐慌转化为有组织、有条理的精准赋权：

1. 精准记录，提交证据：牢记举证“三要素”（面部特写、车辆车牌、时间地点），完整记录黑衣打手的影像与暴行细节，主动递交给美国 FBI、DHS 及当地警方，剥离其安全外套；

2. 坚守法治，拒绝沉默：用事实与公开发声打破无形监视带来的自我审查，捍卫自由社会的宪政秩序与人权底线。

极权的黑手或许能跨越太平洋，但自由社会的法治防线与公民的抗争意志绝不后退。极权的阴影，必将止于日光与法治的边界。

Violent Suppression of Peaceful Protests During Xi’s 2026 Visit to the U.S.

Transnational Violence and Civic Awakening Under the Shadow of Totalitarianism

During the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) leader’s visit to the United States on September 23, 2026, a large number of overseas Chinese pursuing freedom, democracy, and constitutionalism gathered spontaneously to launch a peaceful protest. On one side were peaceful demonstrators holding banners with the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution and shouting demands for democracy; on the other side were black-clad thugs wearing trench coats, sunglasses, and masks, carrying concealed weapons. This peaceful expression, which should have been doubly protected by the U.S. Constitution and international human rights conventions, met with systematic violent suppression by CCP overseas organizations.

The scene tore off the disguise, proving a cold, hard fact: the CCP’s transnational repression is not only real, but has evolved into a highly organized and premeditated machinery of overseas violence. This is not only a deprivation of individual fundamental human rights, but also a direct provocation to the territorial sovereignty and rule of law of the free world.

I. The Logic of Fear: Totalitarian Exclusivity and the Alienation of Violence

Why would the CCP go to such lengths to ruthlessly suppress peaceful dissidents on free soil?

The root lies in the inherent logic of the totalitarian system: it absolutely cannot tolerate any opposing force outside its control. The voices raised by overseas Chinese strike directly at the fragile core of its governing legitimacy—it proves that even after escaping high walls and censorship, people’s pursuit of freedom remains burning hot. To nip this resistance in the bud, the crackdown displayed precise tactical division of labor:

1. Tactical Provocation and Incitement: Gangs of thugs systematically disrupted protest formations, using verbal provocations and physical collisions to create conflicts, intending to smear the peaceful nature of the demonstrators.

2. Weaponized Tools in Disguise: Thugs at the scene used collapsible metal flagpoles as concealed offensive weapons for stabbing, while using large national flags and umbrellas to cover up their violent acts.

Faced with a violent organization equipped with professional striking capabilities, the peaceful demonstrators—lacking experience in defense—instantly fell into a vulnerable and passive position.

II. Panoramic Surveillance in the Dark: The “Mysterious Men in Black” and the Chilling Effect

On the outer perimeter of the conflict moved a group of well-trained “mysterious men in black.” They wore no uniform, but maintained orderly formations and agile movements. Their function was extremely clear: serving as thugs on the front lines, and performing panoramic surveillance and data collection on the outer perimeter.

Wearing baseball caps, dark masks, sunglasses, and earpieces/walkie-talkies in unison, they gathered in small groups holding cameras to systematically photograph the faces of demonstrators. Common sense and logic dictate that no ordinary onlooker would adopt such abnormal attire to systematically gather others’ facial information. They were clearly carefully selected operatives dispatched overseas.

This behavior of strictly hiding their identities precisely reveals their inner vanity and fear:

1. Fear of Identity Exposure: Fear that once their true faces are exposed, it will trigger doxxing and expose their ugly double standard of “executing oppressive missions while sending their own families to the West to enjoy freedom”;

2. Fear of Legal Sanctions: Fear that their illegal intelligence gathering and violent acts will be submitted to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) or the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), violating the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) and laws related to civil rights violations, leading to visa revocations and criminal prosecution.

This group of men in black is illegally replicating the totalitarian “panopticon” surveillance mechanism in the free world. They raise their camera lenses to create an invisible “chilling effect”—by “weaponizing” bloodlines and family ties, transforming control over individuals into unlimited deterrence against relatives far away, forcing overseas dissidents to choose self-censorship out of fear, thereby extending the tentacles of totalitarian control across the Pacific.

III. Double Stranglehold Online and Offline: Cyber Army Siege and Absurd Stigmatization

This systematic repression did not stop at the physical site, but extended along the digital world, forming a “double stranglehold” online and offline. When victims posted videos of the physical violence and surveillance by men in black on social media platforms, they were swiftly met with swarm-like attacks from CCP “water armies” and “Little Pinks.”

They frantically smeared and attacked in the comment sections, offering absurd justifications: either slandering demonstrators as “taking money from anti-China forces” or “performing just for money,” claiming they were descendants of corrupt officials or heavy-sentence convicts who fled mainland China; or slapping on ideological labels like “traitors” and “renegades” who forgot their ancestors; or even in the face of ironclad video evidence, claiming with eyes wide open that “the videos were edited, dubbed, and faked” or “it’s all staged,” or taking a fence-sitting stance claiming that neither side was “good.”

This online siege is essentially an extension tactic of physical repression overseas. Its core purpose is to deconstruct a serious political oppression event into a “vulgar farce meant to attract attention” by generating mudslinging narrative noise, thereby confusing the public, eroding sympathy, subjecting speakers to secondary psychological bullying and deterrence, and thoroughly snuffing out the public sphere for overseas dissidents.

IV. Awakening and Response: Shadows End at the Border of the Rule of Law

The CCP’s overseas infiltration and transnational repression represent an open provocation to the rule of law and human rights in the free world. The leadership and law enforcement agencies of Western democratic nations must pay high attention to this and effectively use legal weapons to curb illegal enforcement actions by foreign authoritarian regimes on their territory.

However, tyranny believes that violence and surveillance can break the psychological line of defense—this completely underestimates faith in freedom. We paid a heavy price to reach this land not only to express our individual demands, but also to cry out on behalf of hundreds of millions of compatriots inside the high walls who have been deprived of their voice.

Faced with transnational repression, the most powerful response is never backing down, but transforming panic into organized, methodical, and targeted empowerment:

1. Accurate Recording and Evidence Submission: Remember the “three key elements” of evidence collection (facial close-ups, vehicle license plates, and time/location); completely record the video footage and violent details of the black-clad thugs; and proactively submit them to the U.S. FBI, DHS, and local police to strip away their protective coat of safety;

2. Uphold the Rule of Law and Refuse Silence: Use facts and public speech to break the self-censorship brought on by invisible surveillance, defending the constitutional order and human rights baseline of a free society.

The black hand of totalitarianism may reach across the Pacific, but the rule of law defense line and the spirit of civic resistance in a free society will never retreat. The shadow of totalitarianism will inevitably end at the boundary of sunlight and the rule of law.
